Over 50 and looking to get in shape? Val Kirk is the perfect choice! I have been seeing her 2 – 3 times per week for the last two years and I have been very pleased. As Val is over 50 (just) too and has done this work for decades, she gets how an older body works, and more importantly, knows what it can and can’t do physically. Val pushes me each session, which is what I need, but also understands how far I can go. She is very attentive, encouraging, reliable and has a great sense of humor, so the sessions are challenging, but enjoyable. I don’t think you will find a better Trainer out there!

I have known Val for about 6 years. In that time she has been both my personal trainer and I have enjoyed participating in many of her group classes. With her help I have managed to lose 80 lbs.. I guess if I am going to be honest I would admit that I have lost 90 lbs. and gained 10 back which would explain why I am back doing classes with Val.
